Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
• Custom-made or engraved jewelry is not eligible for refund unless defective

Process

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. After we inspect the item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
